Alastair McFarlane specialises in personal injury law and in
health regulation. In his PI practice (both Claimant and Defendant)
he has particular expertise in employer liability cases and claims
under the Animals Act. A significant part of his practice
involves sitting as a Legal Assessor for the regulatory bodies of
the most of the health professions in cases all over the United
Kingdom.
