Broad Health & Safety practice appearing in both the Crown and Magistrates Courts.  Regularly advises and represents duty-holders in fatal accident prosecutions.  He has considerable experience in related Coroner's Inquests.  Acted in Public Inquiries following public disasters (e.g. Southall and Ladbroke Grove rail crashes).  Also advises on broader regulatory matters.  Significant clients include Corus UK Ltd, Empire Cinemas, Boots Opticians Ltd, Robinia Care Group, Grantrail Ltd, Northern Foods, Aldi GMBH, Serco, Biffa Waste Services and Subsea 7.  Also conducts credit hire litigation predominantly for Defendant insurers.  Acts for both Claimants and Defendants in personal injuries and fatal accident claims.  Significant experience of group litigation (e.g. Scania Series 4, Powertrain), catastrophic injuries, sports related claims and fraudulent claims.
