Emma-Jane Hobbs is a busy common law practitioner experienced at
dealing with high value personal injury and occupational disease
claims on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. She has a
particular specialisation in defending fraudulent claims including
staged accidents, contrived accidents and low velocity impacts and
acts on a regular basis for large insurance companies. Her
