Heather was called to the Bar in 2000 and completed pupillage
and her first 9 years of practice in Birmingham. She has
specialized in personal injury for several years and has wide
experience of liability and quantum issues in road traffic
accident; employer's liability; occupier's liability; and highway
tripping cases. She undertakes work on a CFA basis. Heather
regularly prepares written advices and pleadings and attends court
for interlocutory and final hearings.
