Kevin McLoughlin

Kevin McLoughlin

Profile

The focus of Kevin's practice is workplace and road safety.  This involves him in compensation claims in respect of personal injuries pursued through the civil courts and prosecutions brought in the criminal courts by the CPS, HSE or other enforcement agencies.  He also has extensive experience of Coroner's Inquests.

Kevin offers over 25 years experience in this field, originally as a solicitor and partner in a national law firm and latterly as a barrister and Coroner.  He acts for employers and their insurers as well as claimants and bereaved families.  He also represents enforcement agencies such as local authorities.

One distinctive feature of Kevin's work is his experience in attending interviews under caution with directors and managers facing police and HSE investigations.
