paper practice, representing both Claimants and Defendants
nationwide.
Lydia has particular expertise in the field of personal injury
and fatal accidents including accidents at work and industrial
disease litigation.
She undertakes work at both fast track and multi-track level.
She has been instructed on a number of multi million pound fatal
accident and personal injury claims as a junior. She has
considerable experience in the related following practice areas:
inquests, fraudulent claims, CICA appeals and health safety.
She is also regularly instructed in credit hire litigation.
Lydia has a developed costs practice and appears regularly at
the Supreme Court Costs Office in addition to undertaking work at
