Paul has an established practice and strong reputation in personal injury and clinical negligence. 

He is particularly experienced in: Catastrophic injury claims, Industrial disease claims, Deafness claims Work-related upper limb disorders, Stress at work Holiday injuries/overseas claims, Fatal accidents

In relation to clinical negligence his expertise extends to all areas of medical practice including birth injuries, plastic surgery, dental negligence and consent issues.  Linked to this interest he was appointed as Legal Assessor to the Nursing and Midwifery Council in 2003 and as Legal Adviser to the General Dental Council in 2005.

Paul has a special interest in all aspects of military claims, frequently acting for injured servicemen and women.  He is regularly instructed by Royal British Legion Panel Solicitors and the Forces Law Organisation. 

He also has an interest in Inquests acting for families in relation to military, hospital or custody deaths.
