Practice comprises substantial personal injury cases including
cases of catastrophic severity, employment work and coronial law.
The employment work is often discrimination- related. Has
particular experience of large public sector employers. The
coronial work comprises both judicial review of coroner's decisions
and appearing at complex inquests. In all of these areas instructed
by both Claimants and Defendants/Respondents.
