Amputee recovers £900,000

James Laughland acted for the Claimant, on instructions from
Irwin Mitchell, in a claim settled for £900,000. The claim included
provision for a bespoke prosthesis to enable the Claimant to
continue with his hobby of motocross. Although the client had made
a good functional recovery he continued to be troubled by
significant levels of pain and the likelihood of a return to
full-time employment remained contentious
