Edward Hutchin joins chambers

Temple Garden Chambers are delighted to announce that Edward Hutchin (formerly of 1 Essex Court) has accepted an invitation to join chambers.

Edward was called in 1996. He specialises in personal injury and employment, and has substantial experience of related fields including clinical negligence, inquests and criminal injuries compensation claims.

His personal injury practice includes in particular road traffic and highways accidents, accidents at work, breaches of health and safety regulations and fatal accident claims. His employment practice covers unfair dismissal, breach of contract and equal opportunities claims, with considerable experience of claims which include issues of disability and disputed medical evidence, as well as cases involving members of the medical profession.
