Expert Evidence: Law and Practice

The third edition of Mark James’ ‘Expert Evidence Law and Practice’ has just been published. This has been described (by Brooke LJ) as “an encyclopaedia of scholarship and practical guidance”. It is the leading practitioners’ text on the subject of expert evidence and includes chapters on admissibility, privilege, bias, immunity and costs as well as all aspects of procedure in the civil, criminal and family courts.
