First corporate manslaughter prosecution under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007

Keith Morton is appearing as junior defence counsel in R v Cotswold Geotechnical (Holdings) Limited. This is the first prosecution for corporate manslaughter under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007. The trial began on Thursday 27 January 2011 at Winchester Crown Court and is expected to last up to three weeks
