Tomlinson Jury Return Unlawful Killing Verdict

Alison Hewitt and Andrew O'Connor appeared in the inquest into the death of Ian Tomlinson, who died at the G20 demonstrations in London on 1 April 2009. Alison appeared as counsel to the inquest and Andrew represented the Independent Police Complaints Commission. The inquest lasted 5 weeks and concluded with the jury returning a verdict of unlawful killing on 3rd May.
